Sarah Castaldi
Facilities Manager
Sarah Castaldi is MSD's Facilities Manager.  Prior to joining MSD in 2021, she worked at Guckenheimer Corporate Dining in a variety of roles, most recently as an Operational Excellence Manager, and as an Executive Chef at Small Kitchen Big Taste.

Sarah earned a B.A. in Hospitality Management and an A.S. in Culinary Arts from the Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.  Sarah partners with Hot Bread Kitchen (HBK) in mentoring individuals to create economic mobility for those that are impacted by gender, racial, social and/or economic inequality in New York City.
