Ken Gerold is Senior Corporate Counsel for MSD.  He joined MSD in 2014 from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he was a Corporate Associate.

Ken received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford.
